Q: What happens if I am dissatisfied with my order?
A: If for any reason you determine that the merchandise you ordered does not work for you, whether it be because of the size, fit, style, color, etc., we are more than happy to accommodate a return or exchange for you. In order to begin your return or exchange, please email us at [email protected]. Please include your name, order number (if available), and a description of the issue and merchandise needing to be returned or exchanged.
Q: Is there a restocking fee?
A: As part of our satisfaction guarantee, we have waved all restocking fees associated with returns or exchanges.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: For Domestic and Canadian Orders:
New merchandise
– We accept both returns and exchanges if we are contacted within 15 days from the original purchase date. After 15 days, no credits/refunds will be issued.
– Refunds/Credit will not be issued on any merchandise that has tags removed or shows signs of wear.
- We do not issue credit for shipping unless the error is ours.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. There is also an additional fee to have an exchange item shipped to you.
Previously Owned Merchandise
– We are happy to facilitate an exchange for any merchandise of comparable value if we are contacted within 15 days of the original purchase date. After 15 days, no credits/refunds will be issued.

Q: Are your products new or used?
A: We feature both new and used items on our site. If the item is new, it will be stated as such. Otherwise, everything else will be previously rented formal wear. Our merchandise is from our rental stock and is in very good condition. All items have been dry cleaned, pressed and inspected for rips, stains and missing buttons.
Q: What is the fabric composition of your products?
A: Any solid black coat or pant is 100% tropical wool, although a striped fabric is generally a poly/wool blend. White coats are 100% polyester.
